To Delivery Your Physical Gold
The miliGOLD platform offers users the option to convert their digital gold into physical gold. However, this process is based on the accumulation of digital assets in grams.
When users reach 1000 units of their digital miliGRAMs, this accumulation becomes equivalent to 1 gram of gold and the conversion process can be initiated. For example, with 100 miliGRAMs, the conversion process cannot be realized, while when 1000 miliGRAMs or multiples of it are reached, physical gold demand becomes possible.
Delivery Process:
1. Request Creation: The user makes a request to convert 1000 miliGRAMs or multiples thereof into physical gold via the platform.
2. Verification Process: Authentication is requested from the user for a secure transaction process.
3. Delivery Fees: Any transaction or logistics costs incurred during conversion are charged to the user.
4. Delivery: At the request of the users, physical gold is provided through our business partners on our website. If users wish, they can pick up their gold in person from the locations on our website. Alternatively, a secure delivery option with insured cargo service is also offered on a paid basis.
